Return Policy

Arden Return Policy 

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.


With limited exceptions, valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit if an item is proven to be damaged/defective. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - any items purchased that are marked-down from their original price are final sale. No exceptions will be made. These items are extremely discounted in price and limited in availability, therefore they are not subject to any returns or exchanges.  

Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense. We don not accept returned items that were send back directly without notifying us first. 

To request a return in the form of store credit please email us at: and attach photos of the damaged/ defective item(s).

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit. 

To be eligible for a store credit return, your item must be:

  • Unused 
  • Same condition that you received it. 
  • It must also be in the original packaging (tags included)
  • Regular priced items are only eligible for returns

Additional non-returnable item(s): 

  • Gift cards 
  • Marked-Down Items (Sale items)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

- Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery 

Mystery Bundles:

Mystery Bundles are not eligible for store credit or returns. These items are a given at a reduced price and therefore can't be returned - no exceptions will be made.

Store Credit Returns:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit through email.

If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within a certain amount of days. 

Sale items:

All Sale Items or Special Promotion Items are Final Sale - no exceptions. Only regular priced items may be refunded in the form of store credit, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
