Return Policy

For U.S. Customers

Not Satisfied with your purchase? No Problem babe! Returns of full-priced items are eligible for a refund or store credit within 14 days of your item's arrival. Any items received after the 14-day return period will not be accepted.

Returns will only be accepted when:

The item is in brand new - unworn & unwashed condition. Items Must have the original tags attached.

For hygienic reasons Bralettes, Socks & earrings are ineligible for returns.

Upon arrival, your returned items will undergo inspection to determine return/refund eligibility.

International Returns

International orders are eligible for return within 14 days after the items' arrival. Full-priced items must be shipped back using a prepaid/trackable method.

Returns will only be accepted when:

Cost Of Returns

For U.S. returns we charge a $7 fee which will be deducted from your refund total.

Sale Items

All Sale Items or Special Promotion Items are Final and are not subject to any return or exchange.

Mystery Bundles

Thank you for allowing us to style you! We are so sorry your mystery bundle didn't work out. Unfortunately due to the personalized and discounted nature of our mystery bundles, we cannot offer returns/refunds at this time.

If an item in your bundle is damaged or arrived in the wrong size please reach out to our team at returns@ardenny.com.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If you believe you received a damaged or incorrect item please email our team at returns@ardenny.com.

Damaged and incorrect items are eligible for a refund or replacement. 

Refunds

After your item has arrived at our facility, it will undergo inspection to determine refund/return eligibility. If approved your refund will be released via the requested method.

Refunds to the original payment method will be released within 7 days of the return's arrival.

For store credit returns you will receive an email with a store credit gift card with the refund amount within 7 days of the return's arrival.

If you paid for your order with a gift card or store credit a replacement to the value of the refund will be issued.

How To Make A Return?

If your item meets the return policy criteria:

1. Email us at returns@ardenny.com for your prepaid label

2. Repack your items

3. Keep an eye on your return tracking. You'll get an email once we receive your returned item.
